What To Expect

Each session is designed to guide your body, mind, and senses into coherence.

You’ll lie on a mat and simply allow the experience to unfold around you. Sounds wash over the space, resonating through the body in ways you might notice as warmth, tingling, vibration, a sense of floating, or even feeling the body fade from awareness altogether.

Quiet prompts invite your attention inward—to your breath, the weight of your body, or subtle sensations that arise. There’s nothing to do but receive, letting your body and awareness respond naturally. Some people even drift off to sleep, allowing the body to integrate in its own way.
